Subject: Acknowledgment of Volunteer Registration for Tower Resident Representation
Dear Resident,
On behalf of the Residential Society Management, we sincerely thank you for registering yourself as a volunteer to represent your tower and contribute to the betterment of our residential community.
We acknowledge your willingness to serve as the designated volunteer for your tower. The objective of this initiative is to ensure that concerns, suggestions, and issues raised by residents of each tower are collected, documented, and communicated separately to the Society Management Committee for timely review and resolution.
Under this initiative:
One volunteer will be registered from each tower.
The registered volunteer will act as the primary point of contact for residents of their respective tower.
The volunteer will collect and present residents' concerns, maintenance issues, safety suggestions, and improvement proposals in an organized manner.
The role is voluntary and aims to promote effective communication, transparency, and the overall welfare of the residential society.
Your participation is highly appreciated and will help strengthen coordination between residents and the management, leading to a more responsive and well-maintained community.
